Mercedes pickup trucks are primarily valued for their outstanding off-road capabilities. Combining high road clearance with meaty all-terrain tires, the car feels at home in the country and out in the wild. But of course many of us would prefer driving it in a city – and it is for those of us who do that Pickup Design has released the 2018 Mercedes X-Class EXY GTX.
The car sports an in-house-designed carbon body kit that includes a front and a rear apron, fender flares, a minor hood add-on, a trunk spoiler lip, and stylish headlight/taillight bezels.
Further additions include a tonneau cover, a 20 mm (0.8”) reduction in ride height, and 20-inch forged wheels clad in Michelin Latitude Sport 3 tires.
The display car sports an opulent Burgundy Red top, while its underbody remains black.
The interior of the Mercedes X-Class EXY GTX 2018 houses Recaro Sportster CS bucket seats, combination Bordeaux red / black leather upholstery, and numerous carbon fiber elements.
How do you like this urban guy?
