Mercedes-Benz said it would officially introduce its latest A-Class hatchback during a dedicated event on February 2, 2018. The wide audience will be able to see the new car at the Geneva Motor Show held a month later.
The manufacturer has also revealed a new photo of the car, with its front looking not unlike that of the current-gen CLS. It’s been revealed earlier that the newcomer will utilize the MFA chassis and come with several engine options including an all-new 1.4-gasoline motor. The high-end Mercedes-AMG A45 will get an updated turbocharged V4 and a 48V power unit. The resulting soft hybrid is reported to be over 400 hp strong.
A peek into the interior of the new A-Class allows one to see that the vast majority of controls are digital. The dashboard is dominated by two enormous touch-enabled infotainment displays.
