Specialists of the company Akrapovic have developed an exclusive exhaust system for Mercedes-AMG GT. As a result, the car has become much louder, but not to the point of absurdity, because in a city for which a car was created, too loud "sound" is not required.
Speaking of the technical side of the issue, the new system is extremely light, and also adds 13 horsepower to those already hidden under the hood of the Mercedes-AMG GT. As a result of installing a new exhaust, the weight of the car dropped by more than 12 kg.
As experts say, the installation of a new exhaust system takes about 6 hours of work. An interesting fact is that the creation of Akrapovic can be adjusted with the help of the button of the key fob that changes not only the volume, but also the tonality of the "song" of the exhaust system.
