All-new, much-anticipated, sporty Mercedes AMG GT 4-Door Coupe has finally premiered at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland. The event was met with great enthusiasm on behalf of the brand’s loyal fans.
Once it arrives on the market in Europe this summer, it’s going to be available in three trim levels and primarily compete with the Porsche Panamera. The high-end Mercedes AMG GT 63 S 4Matic+ gets a 4.0L turbo V8 effortlessly capable of 630 hp and 900 Nm of torque. Driven by an engine like this, the car accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in just 3.2 seconds and may go as fast as 320 km/h (200 mph) – a rather impressive result, really.
Even in its base version, the new Mercedes AMG GT 4-Door Coupe comes with a telemetry system which aggregates data about most units and parts of the car and notifies the drivers about anything that may need attention. There are also six drive modes available, and an Electronic Assistance Level setting with values ranging from Basic to Master.
