Even in its factory version, the Mercedes-AMG GT R is not a car to sneer at in terms of raw performance. Still, there are many of us out there to whom the sky is the limit. If you feel the same way, German tuner Fostla has a solution just for you.
The Fostla Level 1 boost kit can be installed on the stock 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine of the AMG GT R to yield an additional 65 horsepower and 70 Nm of torque, bringing the grand total to 650 hp (485 kW) and 770 Nm (568 lbft). The tuner doesn’t provide any acceleration-related data, but it is obvious that the rear-drive coupe now sprints 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in less than 3.6s.
If you want it, Fostla will also decorate your ride with its trademark vinyl wrapping. The Mercedes-AMG GT R you can see here received a vivid yellow front with a snazzy Urban Camo rear.
