After the extreme coupe Mercedes-AMG GT R visited the workshops of the world famous tuning studio RENNtech, it radically changed its image. "The beast of green hell," as the German auto giant calls its creation, became bright orange, which aroused much confusion among the general public. But the modernization of the coupe did not end there.
Engineers atelier seriously worked on the power unit, installing new filters, reconfigured electronic control unit, upgraded superchargers, BOV adapter and other "chips". The result was not long in coming - the engine Mercedes-AMG GT R by RENNtech gives 761 horsepower, against 577 stock "horses".
According to official representatives of the studio, the modification of the engine made it possible to reduce the acceleration time from one place to "hundreds" by 0.5 seconds - up to 3 seconds.
For those who do not need such power, the company is ready to offer a "pumping" of the stock engine to 611 or 714 hp.
