Car wheel manufacturer Barracuda Racing Wheels has recently come out with the Barracuda Project 2.0. The Mercedes C-Class Coupe was the first to try these on.
The ultralight 20-inch rims sport a posh Candy Red finish and look thin and fragile. The series ships with a conformity certificate to put your mind at ease regarding this.
For the wheels to look as good as possible in the wheel arches, the Barracuda team painted brake supports bright yellow. This resulted in a nice contrast with the dark-grey car body devoid of any kind of chromed parts. Finally yet importantly, they lowered the suspension by 45 mm (1.75”), although this can be adjusted to taste.
