Mercedes-AMG Germany is testing the 2021 facelift version of its C53 sedan, as evidenced by these spy shots.
The car wears plenty of test mule camo, mostly at the front end. This likely means that the front will be the most extensively updated part, complete with a Panamericana grille and new headlights.
The mule also sports non-standard brake lights, different spoilers, dual tailpipes, and unusually wide wheels.
Rumor has it that the new Mercedes-AMG C53 will ship with the company’s newest 2.0 I4 turbo rated at 416 hp (310 kW).
The regular C-Class should receive the update before the end of the year, followed by its AMG counterpart sometime in 2021.
