In the era of total electrification, it can be especially nice to see manufacturers still committed to producing quality ICE cars, particularly station wagons. Enter the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class All-Terrain, a novelty released just for Europe.
Pictured on the show photos is a C 220 d spec powered by a two-liter turbo diesel engine. The prefix /All-Terrain/ means that the car takes advantage of 4Matic AWD and two dedicated drive modes dubbed Offroad and Offroad+. The former optimizes the drivetrain for poor roads and cross-country driving, while the latter additionally engages a hill descent assist feature.
The new C-Class All-Terrain will not be available in the USA.
