Barracuda Racing Wheels has carried out a rather attractive style upgrade of the stock Mercedes-AMG C63 station wagon (S205). Here are the details.
The project involved a full-body wrap by SchwabenFolia and Stuii Design, new suspension parts by KW Suspensions, and a RaceChip engine kit. Let’s start with the most conspicuous part: the wheels.
Dubbed the Barracuda Dragoon, the 19-inch rims are produced using a trademarked approach known as FlowForged, which results in superior material strength at lighter weight. The customer opted for a dual-seven-spoke design here finished in silver. The rear wheel pair is wider and sports Deep Concave rims.
Stuii Design came up with, and SchwabenFolia produced, the fashionable vinyl wrap in a graphite shade of grey with light blue accents and Japanese hieroglyphs throughout. KW coilovers dropped the ride height by approximately 40 millimeters (1.6 inches), and RaceChip applied an engine tune. We were not told any specific numbers, unfortunately.
Barracuda wheels can be ordered from its partner, JMS Fahrzeugteile.
