The Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 4-Door Coupe sets the bar for the entire market segment it is in, being an impressive performance-oriented vehicle with gorgeous looks and an AWD system. The one area where an upgrade might be due is the suspension – and H&R delivers, as usual.
The new lowering spring kit costs €311 and drops the center of gravity by 30 mm (1.2”) inches at the front end. The rear goes down by 15 mm (0.6”), enhancing cornering performance and steering at higher speeds. Elsewhere, the wheels fit tighter in their respective arches, resulting in a more athletic image.
Also on sale starting this week are H&R Trak+ spacers that you can use to extend the wheel span by between 6 and 50 mm (roughly 0.2 – 2 inches). Prices start from €44/axle.
