H&R releases lowering springs for the Mercedes CLS

The four-door Mercedes CLS coupe has plenty of sportiness straight from the factory. However, if you want more, H&R has you covered with its new lowering kit for the model.

Once installed, the gravity center of the Stuttgart-made sports car sinks a further 30 mm (1.2 inches) closer to the ground. This improves stability when entering sharp curves and makes the car less prone to rolling on the whole.

The manufacturer claims the stiffer springs do not noticeably affect driver and passenger comfort even during longer trips that the CLS is primarily designed for.

You can order a full kit for €316. The springs are compatible with all suspention types except the one that has electronically controlled adaptive dampers. Wheel spacers (€45) are also available.
