The top-spec Mercedes-Benz E63s AMG (W213) can produce up to 612 hp (456 kW) and 850 Nm (627 pound-feet) of torque. With the Driver’s Package installed, its top going speed increases to 300 km/h (186 mph). You’d think this would be more than enough for anyone. You’d be wrong.
For those to whom the phrase “enough engine performance” comes across as a nonsensical jumble of words, Carlsson has a fix in stock. The tuner proposes to boost the E63s’ V8 to 740 hp (552 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb×ft) of torque. Now that’s a different story! Hopefully…
Once upgraded, the car sprints to 100 km/h (62 mph) in blazing-fast 3.1s, roaring like a lion thanks to a new valve-controlled exhaust system.
Aside from the above, the atelier also offers a neat body kit consisting of a front spoiler lip, a radiator grille with the Carlsson logo, a trunk lid spoiler and a large diffusor with aerodynamically-shaped fins and carbon exhaust tips.
Wrapping up the list of changes is a set of 1/10 EVO Forged wheels 20 inches in diameter.
