Look at this weird Mercedes-AMG E-Class wagon on sale in Miami

According to the ad description, this 26-year-old three-row Mercedes-Benz E36 AMG estate belongs to a series of just 170 units produced exclusively for Japan and imported into the States.

The car is described as being in a fairly good condition with 113,478 kilometers (70,512 miles) on the odometer. It houses a jump seat for two in the trunk area that faces backwards. Elsewhere, the station wagon boasts some sporty décor, suspension improvements, and genuine AMG wheels.

A 3.6-liter inline-six engine rated at 272 PS (268 hp / 200 kW) and 385 Nm (284 lb-ft) takes the stock car from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.2 seconds. A four-speed A/T drives the rear axle.

The asking price is U.S. $49,900.

Another highly uncommon Mercedes-Benz – one out of ten 380 SEL sedans produced 40 years ago – went up on sale in Europe in early 2021, finding a new owner for €34,500.
