Mercedes-AMG has only recently premiered the EQE in Munich, and now, car spotters have tracked down what looks like a high-performance variant with upsized bi-color rims and a rear spoiler.
The model will probably get the same powertrain and tech as the high-end EQS. While the regular EQE uses a single rear-axle mounted electric motor rated at 292 PS (288 hp / 215 kW), the AMG variant packs two motors mounted one per axle. The resulting power output should lie close to 680 PS (671 hp / 500 kW).
Despite the camouflage, you can figure that the car has a solid black panel at the front end, just like the AMG EQS. As for the tech features, all-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and adaptive air suspension are all safe bets.
