Mercedes unveils the innovative MBUX Hyperscreen

Mercedes-Benz has officially introduced the MBUX Hyperscreen, an AI-powered infotainment system spanning the entire width of the fascia. The all-electric EQS model will be the first to get it when it ships in 2022.

The system consists of three displays merged into one panel 56 inches across, making it the largest of its kind in the automotive industry. The panel is slightly curved and extremely durable: crash tests showed that it remained unbroken even after severe collisions.

The main feature of the MBUX Hyperscreen comes in the shape of an AI-powered assistant that should make driving even more enjoyable than ever. For example, the car will memorize road areas where the driver often raises the clearance, and will make automatic ride height adjustments in the future.
