SAR-based tuner RACE! South Africa has revealed the latest project it’s been working on, titled “Polar Bear Twins II”. There are two custom-built Mercedes G63 AMG SUVs finished in black and white and sporting the recently released Brabus 700 Widestar body kit.
The tuner decided not to install wheel arch extensions this time around, so the dimensions of both cars remain stock. They still received large hood air intakes, custom side-mounted exhaust pipes and enormous 23-inch forged wheels.
Both also took got equipped with Brabus B40 PowerXtra 700 power kits, resulting in 700 hp (522 kW) and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft) of performance. Each of the Polar Bear Twins II accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.3 seconds and maxes out at 240 km/h (149 mph).
Interior upgrades were minimal, though. There are now Brabus backlit door sills and new pin locks, but that’s about it.
