The tuner team over at Lumma Design has released a range of options for the Mercedes-Benz G 500 and AMG G 63. The complete tuning kit is called LUMMA CLR G770, costs €11,000 and includes improvements in the exterior and the cabin, as well as under the hood.
The tuned G-Wagen boasts humongous 24-inch rims, a performance exhaust system with as many as six exhaust finishers, and a body kit made of polyurethane (PUR). The latter consists of a new front bumper complete with an integrated spoiler and DRLs, considerably larger wheel arches, side skirts, a different rear bumper, and a diffuser. Also included are side mirror caps and headlight bezels made of carbon fiber (CFRP).
Pay extra to have Lumma Design equip your SUV with a hood power dome, a rear spoiler, auxiliary roof-mounted lights, and a branded spare wheel housing.
By default, the LUMMA CLR G770 package also includes aluminum pedal pads, branded floor mats, special wheel spacers for fine-tuning stock and aftermarket wheels, and painted brake calipers.
In its production form, the Mercedes-AMG G 63 produces 585 hp (436 kW) along with 850 Nm (627 lbft) of torque. Once upgraded with the LUMMA Powerbox, the four-liter, twin-turbo V8 goes up another 65 hp (48 kW) and 110 Nm (81 lbft). The G 500 version gets a similar increase, going from its stock 532 hp (397 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lbft) of torque all the way to 642 hp (480 kW) and 890 Nm (656 lbft).
