The 99th copy of the Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet was sold during the Bonham’s house auction. The buyer from Belgium, who wished to remain anonymous, paid 1.2 million euros for the car, almost doubling the base price.
The base Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet was based on the base Mercedes-Benz G 500 4 × 4². The car received a turbo-charged V12 engine. Its power is 630 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque. From its "ancestor" Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet also inherited portal bridges, blocking all differentials and a clearance of 450 millimeters.
It is interesting that the passengers in the rear seats separate the glass partition from the driver. Comfort is provided by the S-Class seats with electric drive and massage, two wide screens of multimedia system and many other "chips" making the trip extremely pleasant. To finish the salon, experts applied high-quality calfskin and carbon elements.
