A while ago, car tuner Lorinser purchased a batch of Mercedes G-Class “Wolf” army trucks from Switzerland, restoring some of them and turning the rest into nice road-legal restomods. This SUV-made-truck belongs to the latter category, and it could be yours for a price.
The tuner treated the body of the car with dry ice and gave it a fresh paint coat. 16-inch stainless-steel wheels occupied the arches along with all-terrain tires, and a rear diff lock was added for improved off-road capabilities. Old headlights were upgraded with LEDs and protective meshes, arches extended, and a trailer hitch was added to the rear.
Inside, the seats boast new upholstery, and the cabin makes use of Alcantara patches along with a global lock and a heated glass pane separating it from the truck bed.
Powering the Wolf is a 2.3-liter non-turbo engine hitting a four-speed automatic transmission with 116 PS (114 hp / 85 kW).
Lorinser wants €52,900 for the restomod.
