The next-gen Mercedes-Benz G-Class debuts at the Detroit car show

The latest 2018 Mercedes-Benz G-Class can now be found sitting in the company’s exhibition booth at the Detroit International Motor Show, U.S.A.

It has retained its easily recognized exterior with hardly a couple modifications. Its interior, however, has become much more spacious, with a new steering wheel and carbon/aluminum trimming. A digital fascia board with a large display, warmed-up seats and a powerful sound system are all available as options. Those willing to take their interior customization further that this may consult the latest Mercedes-Benz catalog for a (huge) full listing.

The new Mercedes-Benz G-Class comes with a four-liter bi-turbo V8 engine whose output exceeds 420 hp and 609 Nm. An all-electric version of the famous off-roader may be released at a later date, although this is not certain.

The car hits the showrooms in Germany this summer with a starting price tag of €107,040.
