German tuner Brabus is offering one out of 99 Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet luxury off-roaders for sale at €821,100 – and it’s not even tuned!
In fact, the car is completely stock with 715 km (444 miles) on the odo, making it a valuable collector’s piece. The original Landaulet (see video) was released five years ago to wave the old G-Class generation goodbye. It had a partial soft top over the rear seats and took advantage of all the hardcore G-Class chassis equipment at the time, including portal axles and diff locks. At the same time, it benefited from more comfort-oriented suspension settings, a deluxe interior trim and around 600 mm (24 inches) of extra wheelbase.
The rear bench is gone, replaced with two S-Class seats offering a range of luxury features such as hot-stone effect massage. A semi-transparent partition wall separates the two rows of seats. The rear passengers get their own infotainment display, a center console with slide-out tables, cup holders with heating, and more. The primary trim material is black and red leather.
A six-liter AMG V12 drives the wheels with 630 PS (621 hp / 463 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque.
