Just like everywhere else, there are trends in the car tuning industry. Designing body kits that are subtle and understated, rather than bold and extreme, has lately become a prominent trend on the international tuning scene. Even Asian workshops, who are traditionally slacker in this respect, have recently been trying to follow the stricter unwritten rules of today. This Mercedes-Benz GLC aero kit issued by Taiwan-based tuner JGTC is another testimony to the things changing.
The kit is compatible with all version of the coupe/SUV, ranging from the GLC250 to the GLC63. The only mandatory requirement is the pre-installed AMG option package.
The deal includes a subtle front spoiler lip, a Panamericana radiator grille, slightly extended wheel arches, posh side skirts and a rear spoiler and diffusor. Separately purchasable are two kinds of roof-mounted spoilers and rear wings (‘swan neck’ and ‘duck tail’ designs available).
The custom Mercedes-Benz GLC by JGTC pictured here also sports a set of glossy-black HRE R101 forged rims alongside lowered suspension.
