Russian tuner shop TopCar has almost finished its custom package for the off-road-capable Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe. The kit will hit the shelves as the ‘Inferno 4x4²’.
New parts include a bobust-looking bull bar with a winch, wider bumpers, wheel arches and fenders, a suspension lift kit, roof-mounted rack and LED bar, a spare wheel cover at the rear, and four daytime running lights (plus two more in the radiator grille, which seems to be still a work in progress).
TopCar does not mention any kind of engine upgrade, but referencing hellfire in the name of the kit could be a good reason to turn the stock V8 into a fire-spitting monster. This should not be too challenging, either. As the practice has shown, the GLE Coupe easily lends itself to performance tweaks: some tuners have managed to squeeze as much as 806 hp (601 kW) and 1,181 Nm (871 lb×ft) of torque from it.
