German tuner Brabus has just graced the world with another of its works, a Mercedes-Maybach GLS with a bespoke cabin, badass exterior, and 800 horses in the engine bay. We don’t know if it was intentional or not, but the car looks a bit like it was created for All Hallows’ Eve. Oh well, to everyone their own.
Now, your average Maybach may be chauffeur-driven, but this one screams, ‘Unleash me on the track.’ It has a four-liter twin-turbo V8 dialed up to 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW) and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft) of torque to show for being track-worthy. Sprinting from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) is a matter of 4.5 seconds for it, and the speed ceiling lies as high as 300 km/h (186 mph).
Carbon fiber trim on the outside includes air intake bezels, a rear diffuser, a front splitter and a few other components. The radiator grille sports a Brabus badge, the running boards retract and extend automatically, the wheels measure 24 inches across, and there is an aftermarket stainless-steel exhaust system culminating in four black tips. The ride height is 25 mm (1 inch) lower than stock.
The interior is replete with shrill orange leather, carbon fiber, and aluminum. Two folding tables are hidden in the center console for the rear seat occupants.
