The exterior of the sedan is painted in a non-metallic Light Ivory shade, exclusive to the Manufaktur department. The traditional V12 badges on the front fenders have been replaced with LeBron James' personal logo, and the car also features matching Light Ivory wheels.
The interior of this S 680 is trimmed in Stormy Weather blue Nappa leather on most cabin surfaces, including the seats, door panels, dashboard, and transmission tunnel. This blue leather has white contrast stitching and LeBron James' logo on the headrest cushions. A small badge on the console displays coordinates for Akron, Ohio.
Gooding Christie's is offering the car at its Retromobile New York Auctions event through the LeBron James Family Foundation. All funds raised from the sale are intended to benefit the foundation's I PROMISE program. The Mercedes-Maybach S 680 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 engine.
