Remember Mattig, a popular German tuner from the 1990s? The company ascended to fame after releasing a superb wide body kit for the Opel Manta sports car series. You may still find some of their kits on sale today, but most are only compatible with older cars.
Initially, we had thought this custom Mercedes S-Class was also a Mattig creation, but we were wrong. The car was tuned in the Japan-based workshop VITT Squalo. Furthermore, the black version of the kit was released around two years ago, while the white version with occasional red accents – the one you see here – only came out a few days ago.
The wide body kit includes a new front apron with large air intakes and 10 LED DRLs, a front spoiler, fender flares with characteristic ‘gills’, side skirts, and original side/door panel extensions. An enormous new bumper with a built-in diffusor and a swan-neck spoiler dominate the rear.
The car now rides on a set of 21-inch forged Vitt GRADO wheels and lowered suspension.
And what about you? Do you like the white Mercedes S-Class by VITT Squalo?
