The German automotive giant says it wants to expand its EQ lineup. The newcomer looks a bit like the EQS Concept, but there has been no official confirmation at the moment.
The few teaser pics you can see here depict what looks like a full-size light passenger car. The rest is up to speculation, though.
Car spotters have repeatedly encountered the camouflaged EQS Concept during road tests (see video). If the spy photos are any indication, the car is about as big as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the company’s flagship line.
That said, chances are high that the Frankfurt specimen is yet another concept car – not necessarily a pre-production version of the EQS, but possibly a design study for the next S-Class.
