The limited Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Grand Edition goes on sale in Japan today introducing new colors, options and interior trims.
Inside, Nappa leather now covers the pillars and the sun visors, as well as the entire front panel, center console and steering wheel. Standard features include a fridge, a glassware set, extra-comfortable rear row seats, and tables.
The Grand Edition also boasts a variety of exterior/cabin color combinations to choose from, and the company makes sure not to produce more than two vehicles finished the same.
Powering the series is the standard 4.0-liter gasoline V8 mill good for 469 hp (350 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft). Customers can choose between RWD and AWD, and prices start from 29,000,000 JPY (around $270,000 USD).
