The German car tuning atelier IMSA has unveiled a high-performance edition of the Mercedes-AMG S63. The new vehicle is meant for those who prefer substance over style.
The stock four-liter, eight-cylinder engine of the Mercedes-AMG S63 delivers 612 hp and 900 Nm torque. With the IMSA upgrade, which includes turbochargers, catalysts, and a new exhaust system, its performance goes up to 720 hp and 990 Nm.
On the outside, the new Mercedes-AMG S63 by IMSA has received a stylish carbon body kit which is also reported to provide for easier steering thanks to the improved aerodynamics. As per the tradition, the car got unique 21-inch wheels.
Regrettably, no price information for the upgrade is available yet.
