Mercedes-Benz S560 gets a power upgrade from Renntech

The U.S. car customization workshop Renntech has revealed its latest effort – a stronger modification of the Mercedes-Benz S560 hi-end sedan. Looks like the car has changed more on the inside than on the outside.

As you may know, the regular-issue Mercedes-Benz S560 comes with a four-liter bi-turbo V8 engine capable of up to 463 hp and 700 Nm torque. Renntech claims it has managed to bring its performance up to 484 hp and 729 Nm torque.

A Mercedes-Benz S560 car tuned up by Renntech can accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.25 seconds – 0.35 seconds faster than the production car.

There is a neat bonus from Renntech for those who would like some beautification for their car as well – several sets of 21” and 22” designer-made alloy wheels coming in more than 70 colors to choose from.
