the latest video on YouTube channel WeRollWithIt tells about a rather unique project revolving around a mundane Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 170. The van was transformed into a badass motorhome called Bruce Banner – although it really looks more like The Hulk minus the green skin.
Upgrades include metallic bumpers all around, a front winch rated for 5.5 metric tons (11,000 lbs), a powerful light bar on the roof, and humongous 37-inch off-road tires. A ladder is provided for easy roof rack access, and there is a toolbox and a spare wheel at the rear end.
Technical mods are no less impressive: the drivetrain and suspension sport numerous improvements, and rear-wheel drive makes way for AWD. The front axle is a Dana 60, while the rear one is a Dana 70.
The cabin has everything one may need during a long road journey, some of the highlights being a 150l fresh water tank, a kitchen with a stove, a fridge, a dining area, and a bed for two. Diesel fuel is used for heating water and meal cooking, while batteries summing up to 600 ampere-hours of capacity supply an abundance of electric power.
How do you like this Bruce Banner?
