Inkas-tuned Mercedes-Benz V-Class withstands bullets and grenades

Canadian armored vehicle manufacturer Inkas has encased the Mercedes-Benz V-Class in CEN BR6-grade ballistic armor for North America.

The facelifted minivan can now take sustained automatic gunfire and the simultaneous explosion of two grenades under the bottom. Brakes and suspension receive reinforcements to deal with the weight bump, but the engine makes do without modifications.

Inside, the eight-seater stays close to the OEM layout while gaining numerous premium features, such as massaged/heated/ventilated seats. The seven-inch multimedia screen is still there, accompanied by emergency communication equipment and other tech aimed at ensuring the safety of the driver and passengers.
