Mercedes will be permanently retiring the X-Class pickup line later this month, but tuners keep coming up with new and creative ways to turn the truck into something special.
This tri-axle ride is a one-off job finished last year and recently sold in Netherlands. Thanks to a custom subframe and a 100mm (4”) suspension lift, installing an extra axle was a relatively simple task.
Aside from an extra wheel pair, the car boasts an original brown exterior paint, chrome bumpers, matte-black fenders, new side sills, and a bed trimmed with stainless-steel panels.
Power comes from a 3.0-liter V6 turbo diesel rated at 255 PS (251 hp / 188 kW) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque. A seven-speed automatic transmission drives the wheels.
