Mercedes-Benz previews a skyscraper it wants to build in Miami

Mercedes-Benz has teamed up with JDS Development to construct a 67-story building called Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami. Judging by the first images, it speaks the same design language as the car company itself. The year of commissioning is 2027, but you can already buy an apartment.

A team of Mercedes-Benz designers directly participated in designing the front and the living spaces of the building. The eye-catching layered design is supposed to embody the technical perfection of the German company, according to the press release. As for the trimming materials and colors, they all correspond to those used in actual Mercedes cars and EVs.

The skyscraper will comprise over 800 residences of varying size, ranging from small studios to penthouses offering a nice overview of the city or the ocean. Large apartments with up to three bedrooms will also be available alongside a number of office spaces, a fitness center, a car parking and a hotel with 174 rooms. The preliminary prices start from $550,000 for a studio and $4,000,000 for the most basic apartment.
