Buying a Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S is a matter of $60,000, but add some options and you will be looking at $80,000+. If it still feels like a steal for some reason, have a look at this heavily customized CLA-Class from Swiss tuner CarCraft.
Why the exorbitant premium? Because of the extensive use of carbon fiber, Alcantara suede and Nappa leather in both exterior and cabin. Unlike some other shops, CarCroft goes way beyond just accents and trim details here.
As you can see for yourself in the attached video, the modified AMG CLA 45 S is overflowing with gloss carbon details on the front apron, side skirts, mirror caps, rear bumper and diffuser and other parts. The whole body is encased in a striking red-and-black wrap with custom graphics on it.
Open the door to discover leather, Alcantara and carbon covering every surface in view. Even such tiny details as buttons, knobs and switches have been replaced. The seats wear a honeycomb pattern with red highlights, and the ceiling imitates the Starry Sky of Rolls-Royce luxobarges.
