A year and a half ago, H&R launched a lowering kit for the then-new Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S (see video). Now, it has followed up with a similar offer for its plug-in-hybrid cousin, the 250e.
The upgrade is compatible with both the Shooting Brake and 4-Door Coupe body variants, but only as long as the car has the Comfort Suspension option installed from the factory. The car loses around 40 mm (1.6 inches) of height at the front end and around 30 mm (1.2 inches) at the rear end, which is quite impressive for a hybrid. In addition to this. H&R promises a less shaky ride, stable handling at higher speeds and confident fast cornering.
A full set costs €381 in Germany.
