Mercedes-Benz E-Class shows up on final pre-launch teasers

Mercedes-Benz has posted what looks like the final teaser pics dedicated to the new E-Class, revealing what remained to see regarding its appearance. The official debut is expected soon.

One of the photos depicts a front bumper air intake decorated with the company’s signature tri-point star pattern. Another one focuses on a fresh-looking large wheel finished in black with a grey brake caliper seen behind the spokes. The third one shows a headlight with numerous sections and unusual-looking DRLs.

We assume that the exterior will still largely remain the same in the next generation of the E-Class, except for some styling for it to look more like the deluxe S-Class. The company has already posted a photo before showing the outlines of the new E-Class – it looked barely different.

Earlier shots also shed light on the cabin design. There is a large display unit resembling the Hyperscreen found in the S-Class, but it only seems to contain the multimedia display and the front passenger’s display, while the dashboard is a standalone unit.
