Mercedes-Benz is already taking pre-orders for the all-electric EQE sedan in Europe, offering it in a €70,600 RWD spec called the 350+ and a more powerful AMG EQE 43 spec priced from €103,800.
This makes the EQE about 27-30 thousand euros more affordable than the EQS flagship and the gas-powered S-Class. The first cars will reach dealerships next month.
Those who would like to upgrade from the base trim level may opt for Nappa leather, LED Matric headlights, AMG Line exterior trim pieces, and 4WS. The latter comes in two variants offering different max turn angles for the rear wheels: 4.5 and 10 degrees.
The AMG EQE 43 comes with Digital Light headlights and four-wheel steering already included in the base spec. You can switch among assorted electronic assist modes to define how the car will handle, stabilize itself, dampen vibrations, and sound (engine sounds provided by AMG Sound Experience).
The top spec enjoys access to the optional AMG Night Package or a carbon fiber package. You can opt for carbon-ceramic brakes, red brake calipers and original wheel designs up to 21 inches large with this version.
Finally yet importantly, buyers of the top trim level will get the exclusive opportunity to specify their cars with the MBUX Hyperscreen display identical to the one installed on the luxury-laden EQS model.
