Larger campers, motorhomes and trailer homes tend to be too large for a glass roof to be practical, but Texino aims to change that. The company’s newest concept called Atrium uses a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter as the starting point and has a prominent rear end encased in glass.
The project only exists on 3D renderings so far, but the RV specialist says work on a real prototype is already underway. The camper has a rather edgy and futuristic design and carries two spare tires below the “window ensemble” in the back.
Inside, residents can enjoy a recreation area next to the windows or turn it into a large bedroom to watch starry skies and sunrises. Elsewhere, the model packs a kitchenette with a sink, a stove and a compact-sized fridge. There is also a shower cabin completely insulated from the rest of the RV.
