Car Tuning
The camper van experts over at Vansports have produced a practical tuning package for the new Mercedes Sprinter (907/910), advertised as a no-compromise choice for those looking to drive their van both on asphalt and beyond.
It frankly looks better suited for the latter scenario with its DELTA Klassik B alloy wheels sporting a matte black finish, BFGoodrich Trail tires and plastic fender flares. Further modifications include side sill protection tubes and an assortment of roof add-ons. Vansports offers specialized gear racks, expedition racks and even solar panel arrays for more autonomy out in the wild.
Interior pics have yet to arrive, but we are told that there’s enough space at the rear end for a king-size bed. It’s not just a lucky coincidence, either. The tuner extended the rear body width by 180 mm (7 inches) to ensure that even people who are 190 cm tall (6’3”) are comfortable lying there.
The package and individual accessories are already available from Hartmann Tuning, the owner of the Vansports brand. The video here shows another Sprinter built by the same company around half a year ago.
