Mercedes-Benz rolls out five facelifted vans

Mercedes-Benz has refreshed its lineup of passenger and light commercial V-Class-based vans, giving each of the five models a slightly updated exterior and cabin. The company says it considers this restyling a transitional stage towards the all-new V-Class generation scheduled to arrive in 2026 based on a new platform called Van.EA.

The updated model list includes the V-Class MPV, the EQV, the Vito LCV, its electric counterpart called eVito, and the Marco Polo premium campervan. All five received new front bumpers meant to highlight the differences between the various modifications on sale. For instance, the Vito and eVito both ship with unpainted bumper details by default, while their MPV counterparts get flashier grilles and optional Matrix headlights. Wheel choices have been revised, although you can still choose from 17-to-19-inch options, and some exterior colors have been added.

The new V-Class, EQV and Marco Polo boast interiors that look almost the same a the marque’s light passenger cars – even the 12.3-inch infotainment display looks the same. The commercial vans make do with a smaller 10.25-inch multimedia screen built into the center console and a 5.5-inch dash display.

All five models benefit from the latest version of MBUX infotainment, but the available services vary depending on the purpose. For example, the EQV and the V-Class offer advanced sat-nav and music streaming features. All-electric vans can plot routes based on their remaining charge and take charging stations into account.
