The British brand created,
in honor of the MINI victory at the Monte Carlo Rally in 1967, the conceptual
prototype of the John Cooper Works GP Concept.
The conceptual hatchback
differs from standard cars with an aggressive exterior, which was achieved due
to a massive front splitter, a radiator grille made of a honeycomb with red
accents, a vented hood, extended rear wings and a central dual exhaust system.
In addition, the model is equipped with a set of exclusive 19 inch wheels with
red and black accents.
Inside the MINI John Cooper
Works GP Concept is a special safety cage and two racing chairs with five-point
belts.
There is no information
about the technical "stuffing" of the conceptual prototype.
"The MINI John Cooper
Works GP concept is entirely related to the unhindered driving sensation and
the performance levels awarded in motor racing competitions. This fun in its
pure form, "- said representatives of the company MINI.
The world presentation of
the aggressive MINI John Cooper Works GP Concept will be held at the
International Motor Show in Frankfurt.
