Mini plans to go all-electric by 2030, but it will have produced a few new ICE cars by that year, including this Cooper hatchback.
Despite the camouflage, you can discern new headlights, front bumper, and radiator grille. The tail appears unchanged from the current generation.
The interior is where things can get more interesting. Rumor has it Mini will add a round touchscreen display to the dashboard, get rid of most physical controls, and upgrade the infotainment display.
Drivetrain specifics remain to be revealed, but we wouldn’t expect the next-gen Cooper to differ too much from its current counterpart. In all likelihood, it will get the same assortment of engines slightly tweaked for power and efficiency.
