The Japanese automotive company will be showcasing its Mi-Tech Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show in late October. Today, it released another teaser image of the crossover SUV.
While the first image, which released some time ago, showed us a bit of the roof, the trunk, and the left taillight, the second one depicts wide wheel arches and the same strange circular vents in the aerodynamic cowling. Aside from that, the car is still conspicuously missing its roof.
Technical details are scarce, but some do exist now. The company says the Mitsubishi Mi-Tech is a 4WD hybrid vehicle powered by four electric motors and a gas-turbine engine used solely as an electricity source. It also makes use of augmented reality and optical object recognition technologies, and can project useful information onto the windshield.
Whether the car is destined for production or is a pure design study remains unknown.
