Mitsubishi Xforce breaks cover as a high-riding CUV for Indonesia

At the ongoing motor show in Jakarta, Mitsubishi has unveiled the Xforce, a crossover utility vehicle that will be produced in Indonesia and sold with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine. All pricing details are pending.

The car gets 105 PS (104 hp / 77 kW) and 141 Nm (104 lb-ft) out of its cylinder block and directs the momentum to a pair of 18-inch wheels through a V-belt CVT.

Just as we expected, the model is based on the Mitsubishi XFC Concept from the last year. It is 4,390 mm (171.5 inches) long with 2,650 mm (103.5 inches) between the axles.

The interior is trimmed with soft materials such as fabric and offers a three-seat second row with individually inclining seat backs. At the front, the digital dash display is 8 inches large and the multimedia screen measures 12.3 inches corner-to-corner. Climate control and premium audio are included in all trim levels.
