Mitsubishi will bring the facelifted version of its ASX crossover/SUV to the annual motor show in Geneva starting on March 7, 2019. Prospective buyers of the vehicle can look forward to new looks, more standard equipment and new colors to choose from.
In compliance with the car manufacturer’s new design philosophy called Dynamic Shield, the car sports “squinting” LED headlights and an X-shaped radiator grille frame. It also has LED brake lights, a more prominent hood cover, and vertical anti-fog lights visually merged with the turn blinkers.
The interior of the facelifted ASX houses an updated infotainment system with an 8-inch display, smartphone support and GPS. Mitsubishi will also be releasing a mobile app at a later date to let you check on the maintenance status of your car.
In Europe, the SUV series will be available with the front drive and AWD. Both will ship with a 2.0-liter engine rated at 150 hp (112 kW), linked to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or an IVT.
