The Japanese car manufacturer has demonstrated quite convincingly how you could repurpose your pickup truck with a few options available through dealerships.
Starting this week, L200 owners in Germany can pay €1,950 to have it fitted with a slide-out bed. Throw in another €3,600, and you get a full-fledged kitchen module on that bed, including a stove, a sink and a storage box. The lockable hard cover, which will set you back nearly €2,000, fits on the bed even if you put a folding table with a set of chairs underneath.
The 2,200 mm (7.22 ft.) long roof-mounted tent will lighten your wallet by another €3,411.
Other options include a portable shower, a fridge, and even solar panels for maximum autonomy.
