The Japanese car manufacturer has worked together with the Gentle Tent team to design and produce a range of accessories for people who like to drive their cars far into the wilderness (not just the Mitsubishi cars, either).
The GT Roof is a collapsible tent that adds 25 kg to the car weight and uses an air compressor (optional) for a faster inflation of its air mattress (included). The GT Pickup tent is two kilos heavier and also comes with an inflatable mattress.
Both options had originally been designed for the Mitsubishi L200 truck (shown in the video), but as it turns out, owners of other car brands can use them just as easily.
Other upcoming accessories include a gas stove that extends from the bed box, an item organizer, a hand washer, a kitchen supplies box, and more.
The entire package costs €3,600 in Europe.
