The British subdivision of Mitsubishi has taken the veil off a heavily-modded L200 pick-up truck, which will soon participate in the Fast and Furious Live car show dedicated to the famous movie franchise.
The Mitsubishi L200 has got carbon-frame sport seats and racing-grade safety belts. It now also features an external roll cage and boasts stylish bright orange highlights throughout the body.
The stock Mitsubishi L200 pick-up truck relies on a 2.4-liter diesel engine to propel it forward. In its modded version, the car takes advantage of a turbocharger, updated engine control firmware, new exhaust system and a better air filter. All of the above should result in a neat performance increase, however, the manufacturer provides no specific data. The total cost of the upgrade also remains undisclosed.
